Synopsis
Every night Dave goes out driving an old sports car through the countryside of Sardinia where he’s on holiday. He enjoys the freedom. Because in the waking hours he is constantly reminded that he is soon dying from cancer. His wife worries and tries to get him to realize the serious nature of the situation. But he can’t. A phone call interrupts the temporary paradise where he is living and forces him to face his problem. He rages against the inevitable, to spare his wife and ultimately to spare himself.
