Synopsis

Last year, four runners Martin Mužík, Filip Tomeš, Linda Beniačová and Radek Civiš set out under the banner of Rock Point to "discover" the route for the summer running and hiking challenge "across Šumava". Over the course of 4 days, they ran across the Sumava from the Nýrská Dam to Lipno, from west to east, marking out a route over 160 km long with an elevation gain of 4,780 metres. Subsequently, 3 competitive running challenges and one non-competitive hiking challenge for the general public were run over the summer.
